Rebecca was headed down the road to work one day when she caught the advertisement on the radio ad for Lap Band surgery. As Rebecca puts it, here she was driving down the road, listening to a commercial about losing weight, and she is fat.

So, Rebecca went to a Lap Band specialist for a consultation and chose to move ahead with the procedure, a procedure that she now looks back on as changing her life for the better.
